Do prices include VAT & Delivery?

Our prices include a standard non timed UK delivery unless stated. If you would like a different service then please let us know so that we can quote accurately. Also, please let us know if you have a specific delivery deadline.


How long will my order take?

Each product will have different lead times so it is best to check if you have a specific delivery date to meet. We do offer express items which range from 2-5 days turnaround. Please contact us for further information on lead times.


Could I see an actual sample before placing an order?

Yes, and this is highly advised if placing an order for a product which you haven’t ordered before. Please note that samples will be sent unbranded / plain stock or with other company details depending on availability. There could be charges to more expensive samples but we will advise accordingly before ordering.


How do you need the artwork supplied?

Please supply on email PDF files or vectored EPS with fonts etc outlined. Please specify pantone references where needed.

We will then provide a visual proof for approval which will indicate how the artwork will look printed onto the product. We will not send anything into production without a proof approval.
